The unit is conveniently located across the street from the southbound free Island Trolley, providing easy access to all corners of the island with runs every 20-30 minutes until 10 p.m. Enjoy proximity to an amazing public park offering basketball, tennis, and pickle-ball courts, as well as a great dog park catering to both large and small breeds!
Location is key, and The Coastal Cottage is just half a block from the white sand beach with a dedicated beach access and covered benches. Situated in Holmes Beach, the ‘hub’ of Anna Maria Island, you have Anna Maria City to the North and Bradenton Beach to the South. Ample free on-site parking, including space for RVs and boat trailers, ensures convenience.
The unit comfortably sleeps 6, featuring a KING bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a pullout Queen couch. The full bathroom includes a tub, and the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances has a dining table that seats 4.
The backyard has been transformed with high-end luxury turf, providing a soft and pet-friendly space. Additional amenities include a brand new washer/dryer, two outdoor tables with seating areas, umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels.
