RELAXED BEACH STAYS WITH A WARM ANNA MARIA ISLAND WELCOME

Beautiful house with pool! Clean & tidy, within a quiet surrounding area. Tim & Wendy were wonderful & quick with any concerns or questions we had. Great restaurants with crystal clear beaches to enjoy! Had a fabulous, relaxing time!

This house was perfect for four of us. It was a very clean very close to the beach. The host was very accommodating. No issues whatsoever would highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at runaway bay 190. The location was perfect to get in and out. Just a short walk to the beach and also provided beach gear which was very helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a family getaway.

the home was comfortable and the outdoor area was awesome! I was traveling with my 2 daughters, and we had an excellent time.
The home is a short walk or bike ride to shopping & restaurants. although we only needed her once. Wendy was very responsive and responded back and met our needs in less than an hour. Great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay on Anna Maria Island, the place was perfect for us, it had everything we needed, super comfortable, and arguably the best area of the island to stay. Super close to all the amazing restaurants! We rented a golf cart, and the place technically has its own parking spot for a golf cart, and you can easily charge a golf cart in that spot. The pool felt amazing to dip in after long days on the beach. It’s very spacious and cozy, decorations were so pretty, beach perfect. Nice TV’s, and it came with beach chairs, umbrella, 2 beach caddy’s and plenty of beach towels. They left us a paper towel roll, laundry detergent, dish pods, trash bags, just super helpful and nice little touches. The AC works great, and the house stayed cool all throughout our stay, which is super important for us. Great communication, we didn’t need to reach out for anything, and easy entry. We will definitely be back to stay here!

What a nice place! Very clean, close to Anna Maria, and very quiet.
A few beach items would have made our beach visit more convenient since we flew in and were unable to bring. A wagon, a large umbrella or tent, and a larger cooler would have been very convenient. Otherwise, the chairs, bogey boards, sand toys, and small cooler were nice to have!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was a couple blocks away which was doable especially with the wagon to transport beach supplies. The home was incredibly clean! The home decor was really beachy and fun. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to just walk out to the pool. The decking is a little worn and uneven, so we had to just be mindful of that. But the pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it! There is lots of great seating options around the pool. The host was very responsive and was quick to resolve any issue we had. We would stay here again!

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Stocked with tons of beach gear and beach towels, which is a huge plus for those flying.
We were able to enjoy coffee while watching dolphins in the bay in the mornings. Lots of attention to detail with plenty of kitchenware, a washer and dryer, vacuum for the sand and extra linens. Great memories were made.
