Bayberry Haven accommodates up to 12 ‘berry’ happy guests. The well-appointed kitchens are equipped with essential supplies, including a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave. To enhance your vacation experience, we offer a keyless entry system for worry-free late arrivals. Each bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a TV for your enjoyment. Beach cart and chairs are included, along with bath and beach towels and bed linens. It’s time to relax and enjoy your island getaway.

Our nearest Airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). It’s about 30 minutes away. Another popular choice is Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about an hour away.
Our calendar is always updated in real time. If it shows available, it is. If we have a cancellation, it will show as available immediately. In order to give our fantastic cleaners time with their families we are closed for arrivals and departures on Holidays, such as New Years Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
