This home can be rented along with Pirates Lookout (a separate 3 bedroom home), to make a 5 bedroom family retreat that sleeps 10. Please note that the two homes, when rented independently, do not share any common area or amenities. The pool is exclusive to guests staying at Pirates Bay.
Head down the private beach path and you are steps from the Rod and Reel pier to your right and Bean Point, where the Gulf meets the Bay, on your left. Paddle out to spot dolphins that like to hang out at the pier in the afternoon. Bike over to the shops and restaurants along Pine Ave and the fantastic Anna Maria Island community center for everything from fitness, art and children's activities. Leave your car in the driveway. Your golf cart can take you all over the island.

This is a dog-friendly home with prior notice and non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and on flea prevention.

The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and the Gulf of Mexico. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby such as Robinson's Preserve and Neal Preserve, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at the Bridge Street Pier in Bradenton Beach and the Anna Maria City Pier. This luxury private condo is located just 5 minutes from the beaches on Anna Maria Island, just 2 miles away. The Shoppes of Paradise Bay plaza is just about .5 miles away and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop and Dollar Tree store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 19 minute drive (10.1 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armand's circle is about a 30 minute drive south which is great place for watching a sunset from a roof top bar and casual and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, breweries, studios, healing arts, bakeries and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

This upper level one bedroom, one bath middle unit is renovated and features top of the line furnishings and a spacious kitchen as well as a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. It now features all new living room furniture! Amenities include refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven and microwave.
Beach House Resort #8 will sleep four with a King size bed and a sofa bed. There is a 50" television in the living room. The master bedroom features a 32" television.
This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All eight units together will sleep 34.
Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 60 days before arrival.
